Roger’s focus is in driving new business by developing key performance objectives and aligning Prospects DM with partner expectations.
He regularly attends various industry trade shows and conferences to maintain a relevant understanding at all levels of current and future call center environments. In addition, Roger is responsible for government affairs and strategic partnerships. He has been an active operator and consultant for the last 17 years in the call center industry.
He is a proud US Army veteran and father.
